Yoga is FREE for members and just $5 for non-members.

Classes are taught by experienced yoga instructors who also share the passion of climbing. This allows them to focus-in on strengthening and stretching core muscles used in the sport. Instructor Bios:

Jenny (Coming Soon) (Monday, 7-8)

Becky (she/her) (Tuesday, 7-8)

Becky’s life is largely rooted in communal living, dance, AcroYoga / partner acrobatics, bicycling, being a companion to Artemis the pup, time in wild nature, and sustainability. Through AcroYoga, she has found that the connection, play, physical challenges, and friendships are among the most meaningful parts of her life. It is her biggest hope that others will feel welcomed to try AcroYoga and experience the same

Heather (Wednesday, 7-8)

Hi there! My name is Heather and I am here sharing a practice that I feel is such a beneficial part of self care, especially along side climbing. Outside of teaching yoga for the past 9 years, I've been licensed and actively practicing massage therapy since 2013. I believe that it is important that as a body worker and part time climber to offer this practice to you that I hold so near and dear to me. My goal is to hold space for you to have an hour dedicated your body, to unwind and pick up new self care tools along the way. You each play a crucial part in this experience, I hope to see you soon!

Jesse (Thursday, 7-8)

Jesse Taylor (she/her) found yoga in 2015 and has been practicing regularly since. She completed her first 200-hour teacher training in 2018 and is currently enrolled in her advanced 300-hour training (to become 500-hr certified) at Burlington Yoga, where she teaches classes on Tuesday mornings. Jesse leads students through a mindful practice and aims to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming space for all beings to feel and move.. Her flow class is versatile and all levels are welcome.  Yoga has been such an imperative tool for healing on Jesse’s journey and has helped her to manage her depression and anxiety in a healthy way. She has learned to sit with the discomfort, both on and off the mat, and to accept herself wherever she may be on any given day and hopes to help others on their journeys of accepting themselves too.

When Jesse is not on the mat teaching or practicing yoga, she is providing playful childcare, creating or performing music, journaling, drinking coffee or tea, spending time in nature, or spending quality time with her partner Jack and pup Scout at their home in Colchester. She adores growing and picking flowers, getting lost in a good book, and taking solo time to recharge when her social meter is depleted. A true introverted extrovert, she finds joy and meaning in deep connection with others and with self.
