*Family memberships include parents and their children, siblings, and partners who live together. The family membership rate indicates the monthly rate for each of the first two family members. The additional family membership rate indicates the monthly rate for each additional family member.

*MetroRock members in non-NYC MetroRock gyms can utilize their membership in our Bushwick location up to 4 days per month for no additional charge.

**Individuals may only be a guest once a month.

Please note Memberships are non-refundable. Upfront annual, semester, and single month memberships cannot be paused except for medical reasons.

 Month to Month (EFT) Membership Policies

INITIATION FEE:

  • An Activation Fee of $39 will be charged at signup. No cancellation fees. Must keep membership for 1 full monthly payment before canceling. (Ex: initiate membership on Jan 1st; membership eligible for cancelation after Feb 2nd)

  • Membership status can be changed at any point after that first full month of membership.

CANCELLATION/HOLD:

  • Refunds will NOT be granted after the monthly billing takes place.

  • Memberships cannot be suspended and resumed in the same calendar month.

  • Accounts must pay one full month of dues before another status change can be made. (Ex: You suspend your membership in January and resume for February; you cannot suspend your membership again until March)

  • All members must submit this request 5 days prior to the next billing date.

  • If you choose to “Freeze” your membership, you will be charged $10 a month until you cancel or start your membership up again. Freezing your membership keeps your membership rate the same if rates go up.

FAILED/OVERDUE PAYMENT:

  • Declined membership payments will result in Account Hold. 

  • Failed/overdue payments must be received prior to removal of Account Hold

  • If a membership is canceled due to past-due membership charges, those overdue charges must be paid in full before a new membership can be initiated
